but I'm not convinced that the existence of a group already using the
name would prevent our using the same name for a product, expecially
when "thinking cap" is a common expression in English. In other
words, I suspect that we could get a trademark on the word as applied
to EEG biofeedback equipment. The reason I like the term is that it
seems so non-threatening, non-technical, and rather descriptive of
what it does, i.e. make vbarious types of thought processes more
accessible and effective.
