The HAL4 is VERY much a do-it-yourself kit, you need to run down
info to make your own circuit board, etc etc.

So that is to say, I don't see any kits available at this point.
Seems to me a unit with a pre-programmed eprom or controller,
quality circuitboard, and clear instructions would be within
the ability of most of us. I'm guessing short manufacturing runs
of an item like this will be very expensive but only guessing.
