Problem bandwith:

How do you want to change the input section of the soundcard ?
Ok, maybe you just have to get rid of a capacitor to allow near-DC
measurements. But the problem is that every soundcard is a little
bit different.

Maybe if we would have somthing like a mixer we could use a
10kHz signal, for example , and then modulate it with the eeg
signal. Then we wouldnīt need to change the soundcard-hardware.

Isolation:

We must provide isolation for a couple of 1000V and I think thatīs
the real problem.
