If you want to begin routing the pcb with eagle, (manually I hope, because the eagle autorouter
is somewhat braindead ;-) ) I will better send you the eagle *.sch file.
Another point is, that before making a pcb, it is important to know, what
technology can/should be used:
*minimal clearing/distance between traces/vias/pads
*minimal rest-copper after drilling
*drill hole diameter for pads/vias
*pad shape (I prefer x or ylong-octogon 0.1" diameter)
*1 layer with wirebridges or true 2-layer with galvanized vias ?
*placement grid for components ?
*grid for traces ? (0.1", 0.05", 0.0025", 0.00125")
*minimal trace width ? (I prefer 0.016")
*trace width for Vcc and GND
*copper pouring ?
general rules:
*EMI resistant layout
*star grounding topology
*bypass capacitors wired as 4poles
And some points relating to the EEG-analog03-brd:
*bore holes for mounting the pcbs in the casing
*position of 2x9 pinhead connector (optimally placed, so
that the ribbon cable will not be twisted, can be short and
that a bus system for additional amplifier cards can be formed)
*component measure for Cs and Rs

Moritz is working on the interface.
