Hi Vlad,
I've been assuming all along that this is the plan,
but you're right, it is a good idea to state it clearly
and make sure that all contributors agree that their
work will be subject to this arrangement.
It's important that we agree that property rights
for hardware and software will be handled
similarly.
The GNU license would be fine with me.
