I agree in part with that below .
On the other hand :
1) it's needed very few resources to Domain Service e host and mantain web
2) it's easier plan and organize (the structure ) of a website with few members and let it bring many members more ...
3) ... which will make possible the next (and more expensive ) target ( to build, testing and distribute the cheapEEG ).

If the site can work on a free server, at least for a while,
that seems like a good idea. Appears the project is some time
away yet from being able to produce a product. Once that happens
