This could be a problem, when the EEG should be produced and sold:
Material and working hours and shipping/ assurance cost money. Therefore
the EEG cannot be for free. However it should be inhibited, that
an additional profit margin is added.
A similar thing is made with LINUX distributions. LINUX is under GNU license
and free. However it is legal for a company like SuSE or REDHAT to
compile a distribution on CDs and sellt it for a price that covers their outlays.
