"P" stands for PDIP (Plastic Dual Inline Package)
"I" is industrial temperature range (-40°C to 85°C)
"C" is commercial temperature range (0°C to 70°C)

I have an AT90S4433-8PI on my RS232EEG01 board.
However an -8PC would be a good replacement, because there
are other components, that limit the operation range.

Seems to be the right casing and speed . However the operation range is missing.
Perhaps this is spelling mistake.
