The input stage of RS232EEG03analog should be safe with respect to
iec601-1 applied parts current.
However there could occur a problem, when the elctrode cable is
damaged
in a way, that the inner
wire is shorted with the cable shield. If this occurrs on different
channls at the same time, current from
the shield drivers could harm the test subject.
This scenario should be evaluated further.
