I already replied a bit more flexibly on this. But it is dishonest to
include software for biofeedback, with thresholds, audio, etc. and to call
the package just a measurement device. If the software is made available
separately, then that would fly. Still, attorneys are not stupid and might
still suggest that this is a transparent ruse, and "pierce the veil."
