Also whe must consider the fact that brainwave training
alpha/theta can be usefull for healthy people,
but some forms of mentall illnesses must be guided by
a therapist. In biofeedback training whe see fine result
whit a lot of mental problems like depression. Before an
individual would use a device, he/she should be aware
of the side effects. One who suffers from some form of
depression must not meditate or fool around with alterned
states of conciousness (theta/delta). See for example the
warnings given by brain tapes (alfa/theta/delta).
A lot of mental ill people did stupid things, like a shizofreen
playing whit occultism etc..
In the netherlands you cannot just go to an biofeedback
therapist...whe simply don't have them like the US.
