Here's a possible way to get out of the biofeedback software legal
problem:
We produce the hardware and basic monitoring software and publish the
information on our site. We also have a software downloads section
for "3rd party" software, and claim no responsibility for that
software. Our software guys make the biofeedback software and post it
to the "3rd party" section. It is *for* the openeeg but in no way
associated with our group.
Can you be in legal trouble for writing software?
Regards
Eric
