Hi,
IMHO a bit of modified Matrix paradigma (glossary-styled) might make it
clear:
We are inside a complex simulated reality.
You can learn the simulation and also can learn to modify some parameters of
it.
'Belief' is the basic strategy of your own.
In case of fatal destruction, mission failure or session timeout one would
exit from the simulation (death).
One can re-enter to a next session (reincarnation), but must start from an
entry level to train again in the usage of the simulation as a new character
in a new environment. Merits and faults in previous sessions will effect the
stage and the tasks (karma).
Divine Grace is a built-in help menu. Activated if one has hopelessly
stalled in a problem (infinite loop, etc.).
Sleep is 'stamina refueling'.
Meditation is when one halts the simulation for seeking for a clear
'viewpoint' outside the simulation.
Biofeedback (and Silva Method, dianetics, etc.) is a way to boost-up (and
cleanse) a character and also has the attributes of Meditation.
Enlightment is when one realizes that the world is just a simulator program
and there is pure existence besides the simulated world and the one's own
character (and control features) of the simulation.
One can be a cracker to cheat for one's advantage (black magic).
The program code (simulation quality) can be advanced as well for the good
of all (positive creation, white magic).
But for this you must be a 'qualified programmer' (true esoteric knowledge).
Anybody has the talent inside to reach (sooner or later) the level of a good
programmer.
To change the basic rules, you must be a System Engineer, Master Programmer
(or call it as you wish...).
Safety Protocols (like the one in Star Trek's Holodeck; the sufficient name
here could be Guardian Angel ;-)) prevent unauthorized and dangerous changes
(e.g. by ever-existing unconscious programming).
This is just a skeleton of a possible explanation, extend or modify it as
you wish... ;-)

Hi All,
I was thinking of something wich i still hold in my mind.
First:
-Whe create our reality, this i understand and belief, not
only because of SETH, but also according to occult, and
other methods like new-thougth movement, mind-scien-
ces etc...
-my thougths created my body.
What to think of easter medicine ?????
Is it only our BELIEF in those systems what give them
power ?? (i know it is but i need some feedback).
So eastern masters tells me that food, sex etc spoil my
energy, makes me die sooner.
But most autors on mind or thougth-power state that
its only our belief .
I cannot explain in a correct way, but my question is,
if i use my thougths and emotion to create, am i then
able to create energy for my body ? (what eastern call
prana/chi) ? or do whe create medical systems by be-
lieving it ?
