I support your demand for non HTML postings.
Plain ASCII postings would be much better.
Another problem here in this group is excessive use of full quotes
at the end of each text. (TOFU)
This type of quoting is confusing, useless and wastes bandwidth
for nothing.
It would be advantageous for readability, if only a few lines of the
referred posting would be quoted and indented with >
The answer to the quoted text should be separated with one blank line.
