Have any of you folks tried this with
the nostrils? That's the classic Hatha/
Kundalini method. Normally one nostril
is open at a time (this isn't yoga, it's
just an observation.) Yogis try to bring
this under voluntary control, open both,
open one preferentially, etc. Associated with
a whole yogic "subtle" neural physiology
that I won't go into here for fear I
might horrify somebody.
