You are correct. I followed the HAL-4 format. The sampling rate is about 130 or 140 Hz. There is 60 Hz data there also, that will give you a way ofcalibrating. Have you tried running the exe file? The format would be "slink12r log001.dat". It seems to run out of the DOS prompt in Windows.

The data seems to be in a format of 3-byte or 5-byte chunks, each
starting with an 0x03 byte, followed by 8-bit values for each channel,
with 0x80 for the zero volt position. Okay so far ? Do you have any
idea what the sampling frequency was ?
I can have a play with these, anyway.
