Well, when Joerg thinks it's ready, I'm with you (assuming I can put
together all the gear I might need). I've found a European version of
pcbexpress:

Whether we get PCBs done in the States depends on numbers and costs of
shipping over the Atlantic, I guess (I'm UK-based). I'd also need to
check out getting parts locally.
