Yes, I wrote SBaGen, and it's freeware (sbagen.sf.net). It actually
works fully on Windows as well now (real-time output), so long as
you're willing to use the DOS prompt to start it off. SBaGen can do
traditional binaurals, with high accuracy, and also the
modulating-delay method for those that prefer that. It's also good
for all-night clock-scheduled sessions.

If Jim-M could provide details of his technique, I'm sure I could code
it up, but as he's trying to sell a product, I think that that would
be very unlikely (and probably impolite to ask for).
