With, of course. :-) If I switch to 0603 I could probably save some

A picture says more than a thousand words... to save bandwidth I've
uploaded a screenshot that proves it to be true, to the files-
section. :-) (Note to digest-readers etc: it will be gone a few days
from now)

A few parts are missing: virtual ground amplifier (don't need it with
battery operation) and calibration signal output (i have two unused
amplifiers available though).
