Perhaps 64MB is a bit low for printing DINA4 with 300DPI
Did your PC simply crash with a bluescreen or did it show excessive
harddisk activity (swapping RAM to swapfile) and ignored any further
input from you ?

Load the *.sch with eagle. Then you have at least 2 options:
1.) If the schematic fits into your window you can capture a screenshot with windows
(hit the PRINT-Key), open a graphical editor of your choice (e.g. MS Photo Editor)
and use the "insert" function. Then you can clip the borders and save the screenshot
to any desired format.
2.) If the schematic is too big (for 1.) install a (non-existent) printer for windows
that can handle postscript (e.g. "HP LaserJet 4/4M PostScript"). Then print the schematic
with eagle to this printer with the option "print to file" activated. You will get a rather
big postscript file. Load this file into a graphical editor/viewer that can handle postscript
(e.g. GSview) and convert the output to the desired format.
3.) Could be that eagle has got some improvements since my old 3.55 Version
and can export to another file format by its own (e.g. via ULPs (User Language Programs) ).

IIRR we have talked about the digital section of the modularEEG that is more or less a
copy of the digital section of RS232EEG. So I assume you want to see:
http://www.jhansmann.de/eeg/RS232EEG_release010226.zip
The zip-file contains all project related files
(including AT90S4433 firmware in C) and these 2 files:
"eeg_rs232_01_000905.sch"
"eeg_rs232_01_000905.brd"

Joerg
