Yes; that's the type of arrangement that I envision, using EEG but having the
coordinator be software driven. Sharing our energy together is a powerful
experience, and so it stands to reason that what we might be able to to
individually with biofeedback can be amplified with concerted, focused
attention by several united in common goal. Right now I have a lot of vaguely
formed ideas, but they follow along the lines of using traditional
reward/inhibit protocols that are the result of a group result, and not
individual. Thus, the reward would only occur if everyone were hitting the
goal of the protocol, and that as more and more reach that goal, that it will
provide impetus and energetic support for those who are not. Then, at some
point, a crescendos is reached that is simply not possible alone. There are so
many examples, such as what happens in drumming circles, in the zendo of 50
other meditating practitioners, retreats exploring psychic phenomenon, etc.
And yet I have been to several types of group encounters where invariably one
or more people have had the experience of standing on the outside looking in.
I don't want to see that happen and feel that neurofeedback can provide a
powerful key to avoid it as well as enhance group dynamics.

Thems my thoughts right now...

Dave.
