This is the design phase with out which a piece of software WILL suffer!!

Jim Peters!
Yep Jim has done a great job. My hat goes off to you!!!
BUT it is written for a particular purpose and would need a MAJOR rewrite to
accomplish tasks out side of it's design!

> People on this group have said that is so simple, but the same people
have not offered even a simple program. Where are the simple programs?
I've never said it's simple!!!
There are simple PARTS of it.
And once we get the frame work in place this is going to make things easier
as you can build on others work!

slink12r.exe EEG FFT waterfall display that I used for many years. It was
not simple at all. It took years of struggle getting it to work well.
Display is one of the "tricky" areas!
I'd much rather work with data any day then do displays!

neat to have an open format that could be added to and expanded.
That is what I'm work toward.
And Dave's

That is why all the planning!

I agree with getting it started BUT badly written software (i.e. Lets get
into it!) usually needs a complete re-write in the future. NOT an easy job!
Planning IS everything!

BTW how long have the hardware guys been working on their designs ???
