That's ok, please focus on Jim-M's needs, as I can take care of the addition of
the new data format. I looked at your work tonight, and see that it will be
very easy to implement. You wrote very clear instructions in file_formats.inc;
it is all very nice and very straightforward. I will send you a copy of the
new source, as well as a diff with your original.
