I am not sure what you are asking about. Do you want to know what type
of instrumentation used to measure the items on your list?
Items 1, 2, and 4(EKG) are low voltage, low frequency signals detected
on the skin.
Item 5 is measured by passing a current through the skin.
Item 6 depends on what factors of Respiration you want to measure.
Rate, volume, %Oxygen in the blood.
Item 7 you need something that measures pulse and pressure.
Do a google search on items that you have listed.
