I don't see that they specify one, only a suggested upper limit of 61440 bytes.
Thus, I would guess that if you only had one signal, and your duration of a
data record was defined to be say, 1/32 and you were generating samples at
32Hz, then each record would only contain 1 16-bit integer, making the smallest
data record size 2 bytes.
