Well, after we get a 3rd party involved, will we be trying to help them sell it? We would certainly have links to any manufacturer(s?) that are using our design. But would our sites primary function be to refer people to them, or to give away the design to anyone who wants it?

The thing is, once we get a manufacturer to make it, it is their product. If someone makes a product based on someone elses free design, the manufacturer would name the machine itself, right?
