I just noticed that Creative Control Concepts,
the company that manufactures and sells the
HAL-4 EEG kit, has stopped doing so because
it lost the circuit board diagram.
According to their website:
"Production of the HAL-4 has been suspended
indefinitely. Due to the inadvertent loss of the PCB
design file, we are unable to produce anymore
HAL-4 kits due to a lack of circuit boards. At this
time, we do not have the resources to design a new
one as we concentrate on our core home automation
business. We may at some point in the future design
a new board and resume sales of this popular kit."
It occurs to me that this company might jump at
the opportunity to replace their old HAL kit with
a new kit based on Joerg's design, which is far
superior to the antiquated HAL. (Joerg's design
is also superior to the BrainMaster, in my
opinion.)
