Soft group merger suggested (moderators and citizen pay attention please

Hi All,

I am a member of the biofeedback, build cheep eeg, and mind-l list remailers
on yahoo. I have no doubt that the groups would benefit greatly from the
pooling of talent between these groups. All three groups have strong common
interests in building effective and cheap electrobiological technologies and
I have seen questions asked in some groups that would have been answered well
by members other groups. I have also seen question answered multiple times in
different groups.

I strongly suggest a soft group merger. That is:

1) Membership be given in each group to the mail back addresses in the other
group. That way each message sent by each member of each group will be
distributed to all groups.

2) The increase in number of messages could be easily handled by having each
group receive messages from the other groups only in digest form.

I think all groups would greatly benefit from this ESPECIALLY on the subject
of NF computer design. Which is being actively pursued in each group. We
could share diagrams and codes and really move this project along.

I also suggest setting up a common reference space where such information as
parts suppliers, finished diagrams, and source code could be share.

Please serious consider my suggestions. I think that if each moderator would
set up a poll at the groups website we might see how the majority felt about
this.
