Are you sure we have to declare it as medical device ? Cannot we just
say it is an electronical device for testing purposes ? hmm ... many
things to find out.

200 us$ per EEG ? Uh ... maybe most people (like me) would do it on
their own for this price ...
but on the other side ... 200$+~150$ .. = 350$ is still cheaper then the
commercial ones.
