Hi,
today I have patched the input HP / protection circuit
to my comEEG prototype and got very bad results:
Very low frequency noise with 75uVp-p .
I suppose this is current-noise (especially the 1/f flicker noise
component) from the INA114, LP-filtered in the 10meg || 100nF circuits.
For test purposes I have changed the HP to the next amplifier stage
to fc=1.6 Hz (before 0.16 Hz). This reduces much of the low-frequency
noise but provides still much less performance than the RS232EEG input
circuit.
:-(
Regards,
Joerg
