I do not know if the Allegro gaming library has an interface to LISP.
(Or is Allegro in the context of LISP something completely different ?)

BTW:
SDL has interfaces to many (partly exotic) programming languages.

I simply still use the ultra-low-cost 555 based comADC, because
I am too lazy to build the modularEEGdigital board at this moment
(partly because the design obviously has not settled by now)

It is really the voltage to pulse width modulator with
pulse width counting on the PC side to get the ADC-value.
