How much for 14x13 cm, double sided, through-hole plated, panel?
Can they handle 10 mil (0.25 mm) wide traces and 0.6mm holes?
Does the board come with a solder mask?
How much would shipping to Europe/US cost?
What board material are they using? Fiberglass?

You don't need much of a programmer. Just connect the right pins on
the microcontroller directly to the PC's parallel port. The
programming specs are in the datasheets, so it is easy to write your
own software.
