Which brings us back to the unaddressed issues of product liability,
device classification/approval and thus who can buy it, etc etc.

Looks to me like the kit form is the most practical way to begin.
Maybe someone will turn up who will want to build them for folks
who don't want to build their own. (again ... liability issues ..
but I think you can have a 95% complete kit )

I haven't filtered out complete costs from all the postings of
late but it appears the parts + board(s) + electrodes + ??
must be in the $300+ range?
