*I* didn't realize this. I am still working to understand the DSP side, but
have a lot more research and learning to do in this area. From what you say,
it looks like my comparison of the EEG data stream to streaming video is
flawed. While some packet loss with video is not enough to distrubute our
preception of the image, it sounds like packet loss for the filters *is* enough
to disrupt data processing. :-( This is good to know.
