Download the zip-file on this page and have fun. It is a 133-page
word document titled "File Exchange Format for Vital Signs".
It may be gone soon because this is draft version. The final version
has just been completed, but is not available online for copyright
reasons.
I got the name of this format of from Bob Kemp, who is one of the
authors of the EDF format. He requests comments on the DDF draft on
is homepage, so I mailed him a few and mentioned our group and what
we are doing.
