I don't know if i'm correct, but to me it seems that this project
has a history. that is, the brainmaster project. it was don before,
so there are people on the list who should know.
but on the other hand, i thinks most people on the list (like me)
want to have a working device to work whit, or to build software.

I like the argument that it's an eeg machine (it is) but it isn't
a medical device. (as per thermometers, etc)

While I feel we do need to look ahead, I agree that we need to
concentrate on getting a a working device. Using the "kit",=20
"experimental", "not for medical use", et al disclaimer it would
seem ok to follow in HAL's footsteps. How to help the hardware folks=20
accomplish this is the question.
