hi jim
you're right that we have many designs , etc . ..
my feeling is because we have solutions for h.w. and s.w. already as
i see it ( the various h.w. build by jerg and andreas , the
electricguru as a basic software , electrodes would be probably
availbe with the help of michalchik ) , so i believe there now exist
enough designs , and linking to them is a good ground .
and i believe the real aim of the group should make something you can
buy , not kits . so this maybe should be the focal point of the
group . and that would surely give our site for examplea diffrenet
look , probably better suited to achievment of this goal.

by the way , jim you're from a university in the states ?
if so maybe you can find some lawyer /legal student from your
university that could help a bit in legal stuff ?
